SHIPPING POLICY

Maison Voyageur SL ships to all European Union countries.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your order is placed, we process and prepare it within 2-4 business
days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
once your order has been shipped.
Please note that processing times may be longer during sales periods,
new product launches, or holiday seasons. We will notify you if any
significant delays are expected.
DELIVERY ZONES
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, including
but not limited to: Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands,
Portugal, Austria, Ireland, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland,
and all other EU member states.
We do not currently ship outside the European Union. We are working to
expand our shipping zones and will update this policy when international
shipping becomes available.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is complimentary on all orders within the European Union.
There are no hidden fees: the price you see at checkout is the price
you pay.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Spain: 2-4 business days
- France, Portugal, Italy: 3-5 business days
- Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg: 4-6 business days
- Other EU countries: 5-8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They may vary depending
on your location, the carrier, customs processing, weather conditions,
or other factors outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a
tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. If you have any
questions about the status of your order, please contact us at

RISK OF LOSS
In accordance with European Union consumer law, the risk of loss or
damage to the products passes to you only when you, or a third party
designated by you (other than the carrier), have taken physical
possession of the products.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at
celeste@maisonvoyageurparfum.com with photos of the damaged item and
packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please
contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect
address provided at checkout or because the recipient was unable to
receive it after multiple delivery attempts, we will contact you to
arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in such cases.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is
complete and correct.
