These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Maison Voyageur website (maisonvoyageurparfum.com) and the purchase of products from Maison Voyageur SL. By accessing the website or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Products

Maison Voyageur is a Mediterranean perfumerie composed slowly in Madrid. All products are described to the best of our ability. Colors, scents, and packaging may vary slightly due to natural variations in materials and craftsmanship. Some products are limited editions.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices in Euros (€), inclusive of VAT for EU customers. Non-EU customers see prices without VAT; customs duties pre-declared and included in shipping where applicable. Payment methods: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal. Payment required at order placement. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Order contract

By placing an order you make an offer. We accept by sending order confirmation. Contract formed at that moment.

6. Shipping and delivery

See Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you upon physical receipt.

7. Returns and refunds

See Refund Policy. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

8. Intellectual property

All content (text, images, photography, illustrations, design, brand names, logos, fragrance compositions, archetype names) is exclusive property of Maison Voyageur SL. The brand name Maison Voyageur and the seven archetype names (Manifesting, Certainty, Expansion, Intuition, Release, Presence, Inner Fire) are trademarks.

9. User content

Reviews and content you submit grant Maison Voyageur a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use for marketing with attribution where reasonable.

10. Affiliate program

Commissions: 50% on digital products (The Life Menu), 10% on fragrance products, calculated on subtotal excluding shipping and taxes. Monthly payouts.

11. Subscriptions

Voyage 7 Slow Journey and other recurring offerings subject to Subscription Policy. Auto-renewal and cancellation conditions apply.

13. Newsletter

Subscribing to the Cinematic Correspondance or The Life Menu = consent to receive marketing emails. Unsubscribe anytime via link in every email.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maison Voyageur SL not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages. Total liability limited to amount paid for products giving rise to claim. Nothing excludes liability not lawfully excludable under EU consumer law or Spanish law.

15. Allergies and use

Fragrances contain natural ingredients and potential allergens. Complete allergen list on each product page. External use only. Keep away from children, eyes, mucous membranes, open flames. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

16. Force majeure

Not liable for failures due to events beyond reasonable control.

17. Changes

Terms may be updated. Continued use after changes = acceptance.

18. Governing law

Spanish law. Disputes under jurisdiction of courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to consumer rights in country of residence. EU consumers may use Online Dispute Resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
