PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to subscription purchases ("Subscribe and Save") 
offered by Maison Voyageur SL.

OVERVIEW OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you subscribe to one of our products, you agree to receive 
recurring deliveries at the frequency you select at checkout. Your 
payment method will be automatically charged at each renewal cycle 
unless you cancel.

SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS

By subscribing, you benefit from a 10% discount on each recurring 
order, automatic delivery at the frequency of your choice, and the 
flexibility to modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time 
with no commitment.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer 
account on www.maisonvoyageurparfum.com. From your account, you can:

- Modify the delivery frequency
- Skip an upcoming order
- Pause your subscription temporarily
- Update your shipping address or payment method
- Cancel your subscription

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time, without justification 
and without any cancellation fee. To cancel, log in to your customer 
account and select "Cancel subscription" from your subscription 
management page.

Alternatively, you may request cancellation by email at 
celeste@maisonvoyageurparfum.com. Cancellation requests by email will 
be processed within 2 business days.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, please cancel at least 
24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped follow 
our standard Refund Policy. Cancellation does not entitle you to a 
refund of orders already shipped, but it stops all future renewals.

For unopened products received through a subscription, you may request 
a return within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with our Refund 
Policy. The European Union 14-day cooling-off period also applies to 
each subscription order.

EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMER RIGHTS

In accordance with European Union consumer protection law (Directive 
2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription 
agreement within 14 days of subscribing, without justification.

To exercise this right, please notify us at celeste@maisonvoyageurparfum.com 
within 14 days of your initial subscription.

This withdrawal right does not affect your ability to receive products 
already shipped before your withdrawal notification, which remain 
subject to our standard Refund Policy (notably, opened fragrance bottles 
cannot be returned for hygiene reasons).

PRICE CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price change 
will be communicated to you by email at least 30 days before taking 
effect. You may cancel your subscription at any time if you do not 
agree to the new price.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we will notify you by 
email and propose either a similar replacement product or a 
cancellation of your subscription with full refund of any unfulfilled 
amount already charged.
